As Gricon Partners we have gained nearly 30-years of experience in concluding transactions on the Polish capital market. We successfully combine competence of capital transaction advisory services and investor relations. Until now we have concluded more than 100 transactions.

Marcin Pędziński

President of the Board

Marcin has gathered almost 30 years of experience in the capital markets, both in transaction and privatization fields. Securities broker, license no. 64 since 1991. Led and supervised the biggest privatizations (i.a.: KGHM, PKN Orlen, Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.) and IPO/SPO, M&A, LBO/MBO. For the past 14 years CEO of BZ WBK Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. and Head of the Capital Markets Division of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A (Santander Group), earlier managing brokerage offices. He has been a member of supervisory boards of companies from the industrial, financial and IT sectors. Currently he is a member of supervisory boards in companies engaged in the construction, engineering and financial services.

Jacek Krzyżaniak

Vice President of the Board

From 1998, he was the director of Fundacja Europa XXI. In the years 1998-2000 he was associated with WIL Lobbying Sp. z o.o., where initially he was a member of the board and general director, and then in 1999 – the president of the board. From 2003 to March 2012, he worked at PBG SA, managing the Investor Relations Department, and from 2007 he was also the spokesperson for the company. From May to August 2015 – Vice President of the Management Board of Purple Investments Sp. z o.o., from January 2013 – vice-president of the board of Gricon Sp. z o.o. From January 2017 to the present, the president of the board of STRZESZYN PARK S.A. He has extensive experience in performing the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of both public and non-public companies. For three years from 1999, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A., and in the years 2004-2006 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PC Guard S.A. In the years 2005-2007 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of HYDROBUDOWA Włocławek SA, and in the period from 2004 to June 2009, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PBG S.A. In the years 2010-2011 a member of the Supervisory Board of Briju S.A., 2012-2013 a member of the Supervisory Board of the RECYKL SA Group. and 2012-2014 member of the Supervisory Board of Neptis S.A. From June 2015 to December 2016, a member of the Supervisory Board of Stanusch Technologies S.A. From September 2016, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AXE Promotion S.A. and from May 2016 – 3DOM S.A. He also served as a member of the Supervisory Boards of RC Union S.A. and Kornas Holding S.A. in liquidation bankruptcy.
