We are pleased to announce that in the first days of March 2013, Gricon established cooperation with the Agnes Group based in Rogoźno Wielkopolski. The Group’s activities focus on the trade and production of pipes and pipe systems as well as the provision of their assembly services. Additionally, the Group trades in installation products in the water, sewage and heating industries.
The scope of cooperation includes broadly understood transformation and transaction consulting, and the common goal is to issue shares and introduce them to trading on the NewConnect market.
